Is it something with people that they are unable to understand when doing something is wrong? This article proves that apparently people are unable to understand that. I mean, really, did it not occur to anyone who actually went and used that ATM machine that it was stealing?
 I would hope that none of the people who did that were Wiccans. After all, Wiccans and Witches do not steal. At least I would hope not! But then again, you never know with some people. There are people that I would be ashamed to say are Wiccans because of the way they act.
It’s clearly stealing, but some people seem to genuinely not realise when taking something that doesn’t belong to them, without the owner’s permission, is stealing.
Take the example of a pound/dollar coin (do dollars come in coins?) on the floor – most people would pick it up and call it “finding” it, despite the fact it clearly doesn’t belong to them and someone might return within a few minutes looking for their pound/dollar (that they may desperately need for food or to reach the total value of something they need to buy).
