I don't know if it specifically keeps fluid draing from the ears, but it feels great and does get a whole bunch of wax out. For your ears draining, another thing you can try is Prairie Land Herbs http://www.prairielandherbs.com/ Breathe Easy Rub. It's in their natural baby section. I use it for helping my ears unclog because I have scar tissue in my ears so they don't drain easily. It's natural, aromatherapy, and helps very subtly, but it does really work for me.
