My blessings are odd but they are blessings. I promise you.
I am blessed to still have a job in this tough economy. I am blessed with a boss who liked the baby blanket I crocheted for her in March so much that she ordered another one from me. I am blessed with a co-worker who, seeing me crocheting my boss’ second blanket, ordered two blankets herself. While I had to purchase yarn to be able to start the blankets, this means an extra $45 that I would not have had otherwise.
I am blessed to have a best friend who is willing to run me to Taco Bell at 10PM even though she really doesn’t want to go, simply because I am hungry for Taco Bell. I am also blessed to have a best friend (and her mom) who will tell me if I’m holding a ball of yarn, what color it is (blue or green) because sometimes, I can’t tell. LOL
I am blessed with the talent to create beautiful things, whether or not people really want to buy them.
I am also blessed to have people who are willing to buy them and give me the courage to branch out to the internet to see if I can possibly sell my blankets there as well.
Last but not least, I am blessed to know that I have many friends on the internet. Whether or not we have met in person or will ever meet in person, it is still a blessing to know that I have friends.
