I am glad that your sore throat left finally. I work in telemarketing and I know what its like to have to talk for 8 hours when youre sick enough to be home in bed.

I too am grateful for my crappy job and my own crappy insurance because I don’t want to imagine life without them

Blood Moon
In honor of Halloween I painted a wiccan woman dancing naked under a harvest blood moon. It is in the window of Gallery One in Portland, Oregon right now. I gave her Celtic braids and a pentagram necklace to signify her connection to witchcraft.

I have theban tattoo that says “the Wiccan Wonder” and one that is a celtic knot triple goddess symbol on myspace.com/urlilraven I love religious tattoos. And since I am a tattoo artist in training its fun to design them.

20+ years into being Wiccan and I still am, for the most part, in the broomcloset. My family does not understand or accept it and to keep the peace I keep my mouth shut.

It does make it easier to keep falling into those spiritual ruts you talk about. I am so sorry that your friend and her fmaily are causing you to feel this way.

I love ear candling. I don’t know if it specifically keeps fluid draing from the ears, but it feels great and does get a whole bunch of wax out.
For your ears draining, another thing you can try is Prairie Land Herbs http://www.prairielandherbs.com/ Breathe Easy Rub. It’s in their natural baby section. I use it for helping my ears unclog because I have scar tissue in my ears so they don’t drain easily. It’s natural, aromatherapy, and helps very subtly, but it does really work for me.

I hav e 3 Pagan tats - a symbol I designed myself which represents God Goddess and the elements - a Goddess - and a pentacle. My next tattoo is going to be simply butterflies as a symbol of transformation.

That’s so true, dude. I hate how people call me a “fluffy bunny” because I practice alone. Well, sorry I’m not old enough to be in a coven, and sorry that there’s none close to home. Like you, if I could find a teacher I’d study under them.It’s stupid. Some Wiccans I know feel their path is deeply personal, and would feel uncomfortable with anyone else. I think it’s a matter of situation and preference. The people that hate “Neo-Wicca” are just looking for a desperate way to feel smarter than everyone else.
