I’ve been so lax here in my posting, nothing since the last of September. I missed Samhain due to a severe cast of bronchitis which eliminated my voice and left me with a whisper and nothing more. Even then, when I tried to whisper, I felt I would cough my lungs up. But life has settled down, I’m well again, I’ve gotten a new job and I’ve come back full circle and completed my Yule ritual on the 22nd of December, which is what my calendar listed as being Yule.
Today I made a trip to that giant book conglomerate, Barnes & Noble and managed to acquire a couple of books of interest to me. I purchased Using Your Chakras by Ruth White and Celtic Moon Signs by Helena Paterson. Both were published by Barnes & Noble and are only available from them. I also got another book published by Barnes & Noble, The Vampire – His Kith & Kin. I love Vampires and this is an informational book. 
I also found a journal that may end up being my hand-written spell book – it says “In the midst of our lives, we must find the magic that makes our souls soar” on the cover. They also had one that mentioned something about the moon, which I may order online at some point as well, as it also spoke to me. I just didn’t have the money to get them both today and the magic one called harder to me this evening.
Well, that, in a nutshell, has been what I’ve been up to lately. I hope to return soon with more to say.
